Hail, Smokey the Bear and White Sands Natl Park

We traveled from Carlsbad Caverns to Roswell, NM where we visited the Alien museum (as in "flying saucer"). Then, on the way to Smokey the Bear's gravesite, we hit a terrible hail storm. Over 4 inches of hail in ten minutes, and yes, damage to the truck and camper. From the gravesite, we visited White Sands National Park. A wonderful trip through scenic roads in New Mexico.

En route nous avons subi un orage avec des grelons, la dimension de balles de golf, transformant le capot du moteur en passoire et brisant le hublot du campeur.
